Once an order is placed, we begin the formulation process immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, changes to your customisation after placing an order are not possible. However, if you realise an error in your details right after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After you place your order, it usually takes 5-7 business days to formulate and prepare your customised product. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect to receive your product within 10-14 business days from the date of your order.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a one-time reformulation service at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to adjust the formula to better meet your needs.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide your order details and a description or photo of the issue to help us resolve it efficiently.
